- Use the 'upload' option on the product page to submit your pet's photo. Ensure it aligns with the Photo Guidelines mentioned below!
- Add your choice to the cart and finalize your order.
STEP 2 - CRAFTING YOUR PET'S PORTRAIT
- Our expert designers will meticulously craft your custom pet artwork.
- Employing a mix of specialized design methods, advanced photo enhancements, and expert blending, we bring your pet's canvas art to life. Note: We refine, not paint from zero. Our expertise lies in digital design.
- Each artwork undergoes a rigorous internal review, ensuring your pet's portrait is nothing short of perfection.
STEP 3 - PRINT AND SHIP (FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCT ONLY)
- Your unique pet art masterpiece will be printed onto the product of your choice.
- After a final quality assurance, your order will be thoughtfully packaged and dispatched to your address.
- A tracking number for your package will be provided to you as soon as it's generated.
PHOTO RECOMMENDATIONS - EXPERT ADVICE FOR CAPTURING YOUR PET!
- Capture your pet's photo at their eye level.
- Ideally, have your pet glance away from the camera.
- Focus on a close-up to highlight your pet's distinct traits.
- Outdoor natural lighting is preferred for top-notch results. Steer clear of poor lighting!
- Ensure your photos are sharp and clear.
- Keep those ears in frame – don’t let them get cut off!
Please note: The photo you provide directly impacts our artwork creation. Ensure your photo aligns well with the chosen portrait template, captures true fur color, and overall meets your satisfaction. While we strive to accommodate any special notes added to your orders, we can't always guarantee it. For instance, we can remove red eyes, but we can't open your pet's mouth if it's closed in the picture.
If the photo you provide doesn't meet our guidelines, the final artwork might not align with your expectations. We don't offer replacements in such instances. Therefore, invest time in capturing the right photo.
For reference, all samples on our website are created from top-quality photos. It rests upon you to ensure your photo adheres to our standards. Even if your photo doesn't meet our criteria, we'll give our best shot. However, the outcome might not mirror our website samples.
Due to high order volumes, we might sometimes skip the photo review phase. Hence, it's crucial that you send a high-quality image.
Remember, it's the customer's duty to provide a prime photo. While we review photos when possible, we won't chase you for a better image. Submitting a low-quality photo may not yield the high-grade design showcased on our site. All displayed samples were crafted from premium photos.
Note that is the customer's responsibility to provide a high quality photo and although we do review orders, it is not our responsibility to chase you for a better photo. Low quality photos will not result in a high spec design that we show on site. All examples on our website were produce using high quality photos.
